I’ve always been the friend people call when they want a recommendation. Whether it’s a product that actually works, a great restaurant, a travel spot worth the trip, or something that just makes life a little easier, I love sharing the things I find.

Professionally, I work in corporate branding, helping businesses create custom merchandise, apparel, and promotional products. I enjoy helping companies find creative ways to showcase their brand and bring their ideas to life.

Outside of work, I’m a cheer coach, former Miami Dolphins cheerleader, baseball wife, and mom to two boys. Life around here is a mix of sports, family, travel, and business.

I’m also really interested in wellness and living a healthier lifestyle, and I’m always looking for cleaner, more non toxic options when it comes to products, food, and everyday choices.
